Love, LAMAs and (Bike) Lanes...

January is finally behind us, and with the arrival of February, there's no denying that there's a stretch in the evenings and a spring in peoples' steps (despite the stormy weather)!

The beginning of February saw an important update from the Clontarf Residents' Association about the road works on the Clontarf Road and the S2S developments. Many readers have contacted us hoping to find out more about the current situation so we would urge all residents to read this update which can be found below.

Another thing that signifies February has arrived is, of course, awards season. No, we're not talking about the Oscars, the Community & Council Awards take place tomorrow, 4th February and Clontarf.ie are delighted to be nominated in the 'Best Connected Community' category! Watch this space!

Finally, for any fools in love, February means one thing: Valentine's Day. So whether you plan on pulling out all the stops, or just mark the occasion by hitting your favourite Clontarf cantina, be sure to check out our Valentine's guide below and stay, shop and support local this February 14th!

As always, we love hearing from you, our readers. So if you have a photo or story, you’d like to share with us email them into us at info@clontarf.ie!

Until next time!
